Rydrea Walker is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of WarriorsGate Entertainment (WGE), a multi-division media and entertainment company focused on film, television, live sports, and digital platforms with an emphasis on accessibility, inclusion, and high-quality storytelling.

Founded originally in 2012, WarriorsGate Entertainment has grown under Walker’s leadership from an independent creative venture into a structured entertainment enterprise encompassing original film and television development, live sports production, streaming platforms, and emerging media initiatives. As CEO and Chairman, Walker is responsible for the company’s overall vision, corporate strategy, executive leadership, and long-term growth.

Walker is a Black Deaf filmmaker and media executive with a background in cinema, live production, and brand development. His work spans narrative film, documentary, sports broadcasting, and educational media, with projects serving schools, national organizations, and global audiences. He has led productions across multiple states and has built partnerships with educational institutions, nonprofit organizations, and media collaborators nationwide.

At WarriorsGate Entertainment, Walker oversees all divisions, including WGE Studios, WGE Sports, and WGEPlus.tv, guiding content strategy, operational alignment, and brand integrity across the company. He is deeply committed to building sustainable infrastructure for creators, athletes, and storytellers—particularly within underserved and Deaf communities—while maintaining professional standards aligned with major entertainment and media companies.
