Welcome to WarriorsGate Entertainment, Inc. (“WGE,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of our websites, streaming platforms, mobile apps, and related services (the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

 

1. Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. Users under 18 may use Services only with parental/guardian consent.
     

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account.
     

 

2. Use of Services

You agree not to:

All content, trademarks, and logos on the Services are the property of WGE or its licensors. You may use the Services only for personal, non-commercial purposes. No license or ownership rights are transferred to you.

 

4. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Events & Attractions: Refund requests must be made within 60 days prior to the event.
     

  • Subscriptions (e.g., WGEPlus.tv): Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time, but access continues until the end of the billing period.
     

  • Merchandise/Services: Refunds or exchanges follow the policy stated at purchase.
     

 

5. Third-Party Services & Links

We may link to third-party websites or integrate third-party services. WGE is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or actions.

 

6. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that content is accurate or reliable.

 


 

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WGE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

 

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WGE and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims or liabilities arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

 

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to Services at any time for violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

 

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles, California, unless prohibited by law.

 

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.
