Viktoriya Campbell serves as Chief Operating Officer of WarriorsGate Entertainment (WGE), overseeing company-wide operations across all divisions and departments to ensure efficiency, alignment, and sustainable growth.

Campbell joined WarriorsGate Entertainment in August 2025 as Executive Assistant, quickly becoming a key operational leader through her ability to manage complex workflows, executive coordination, and cross-division communication. Her leadership, organizational discipline, and strategic mindset led to her appointment as Chief Operating Officer in January 2026.

As COO, Campbell is responsible for operational oversight across WGE’s portfolio, including internal systems, team coordination, project execution, and interdepartmental processes. She works closely with executive leadership to ensure that all divisions operate effectively, deadlines are met, and strategic initiatives move forward with clarity and consistency.

Campbell plays a central role in translating vision into execution—supporting leadership, strengthening internal infrastructure, and helping position WarriorsGate Entertainment for long-term scalability.
